If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, give us a call and our customer service department will take care of ANY problems you may have, (630) 428-9466, Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Central time. You may return any unused / undamaged product for a 100% refund with in 30 days of purchase, excluding shipping charges & fees. If you purchase any product from us that is mechanically or aesthetically defective, return it to us with in 30 days and we will replace that part with a new one. Certain items may come with specific warranty periods longer than 30 days, or extended warranties may be available. Please note that all returns must also be accompanied by a copy of the original sales draft along with the reason for the return.
